High protein diets have been known to be a good way to build and maintain a good-looking body. The only question is what will be the source of your daily protein intake?The answer would likely depend on the level of your income. If you have a low income, you would likely have it from rice and beans. If you, however, come from a First World nation, you would get it from food items that also contain a high level of saturated fats like meat.
