Feldenkrais Method for a Better Well-Being

Born on the 6th of May 1904, Moshe Pinchas Feldenkrais founded the Feldenkarais method to improve human functioning by increasing self awareness through movement. It is intended for those who want to improve their general well-being and personal development. This method states that there is a definite bond between the mind and body, and learning to move better can improve one's well-being on many aspects of life.
