The old saying "you don't know what you have till its gone" is true in more ways than one.For as long as I can remember I was always experiencing a tightness in my chest. I never thought much about it. To me it was normal and I figured everyone felt that way.
Then a few years ago I was diagnosed with a heart problem and treated with medication. After a short time I became aware that the tightness I was used to was completely gone. See, I didn't know what I had until it was gone.
I guess the point I'm trying to make is that this type of experience has affected the majority of individuals in many different ways. The one issue that I find most intriguing is our acceptance of stress.
I spend a great deal of time researching and analyzing stress triggers and the follow up with stress busting. This has led me to presenting several mentoring and self help programs on my site.
