If you're anything like my preschool aged sons, you hate vegetables, but if you're anything like me, you like them well enough, but just don't bother to actually eat any of them. It's not that I'm a little kid and find them gross, it's that they aren't a baked potato, pork chop or any variety of shellfish. Studies now show that not only are vegetables nutritious, but they can actually improve your odds of "regular bowel syndrome".Chinese food has a good veggie mix, but even still, you may have to smother them in a small vat of butter or salt them with an assortment of pepper, but do yourself, your health and yes, even your bowels a favor, and hit up the produce section. It's not just a good place to meet singles who also have healthy digestive systems, but can even make you feel better about yourself without actually having to work out.
