Running Slows Aging Process

We all know we need to exercise at least 5 minutes everyday. This helps us maintain good blood circulation and promotes better fitness. I was reading this report from BBC that running also slows the process of aging.

They have tracked about 500 people that is in their 50s for almost 20 years. The research indicated that 34% of of people who do not usually run as a form of exercise have already died as compared to the 19% of those who run regularly.
