Seems it is a "company policy" that when you buy a gift certificate for some one who is not a member but has been to Massage Envy that you must pay full price even though you are buying this through your membership and giving it as a gift! I am sure the media will be interested in this practice as it seems to me this is an illegal pratice or at the very least morally wrong. (It's a GIFT purchased on your membership and should have nothing to do with the other person involved)To make matters worse they don't tell the person purchasing the gift so then the receipent is forced to pay $24 as a surprise to all involved. This is not a franchise decision it is from the corporate office!
