'Glutathione'

Glutathione, medically knwon as 2-amino-5-{[2-[(carboxymethyl)amino]-1-(mercaptomethyl)-2-oxoethyl]amino}-5-oxopentanoic acid is a tripeptide.

Glutathione functions as a hydrophilic molecule that is added to lipophilic toxins and waste products in the liver before it becomes part of the bile.

Glutathione has many roles to play. It can act in your cell defenses, to your metabolism, and its mplication to your health.

I've tried taking a specific brand of Glutathione supplement (for some health purposes and beauty too), but it didn't work out as I expected it to be.
