March 2007 we started our web site to teach readers how they can eliminate their own back pain. Removing the technical jargon so that all back pain issues are clearly understood. We developed a free e-course so readers can utilise our skills and knowledge to help eliminate their back pain. Our web site is a continual state of development to become the ideal site for all lower back pain, sciatica and neck pain issues.

The continual development time while running a busy practice.

The enjoyment of having readers send comments on our site, the e-course and our e-book. It inspires us to keep developing and improving the site.

The odds of the unthinkable are low, but not zero. Just last year my bosses other assistant's sister (yes, I Googled it to verify its truthfulness,) ride her bike to work as she does every day, but on that day, she got struck by a wayward motorist and died before she made it to the hospital. All I can say is you cannot survive without search engines. They will hinder you if you do not play by their rules and if you play their game and supply excellent material then you only go up in the rankings. But it does take time, sometimes 6 months or more. You just have to keep writing good relevant material.

I think getting poor backlinks has proved to be the least successful but you know you have to give things a go, get out there and try certain thigs out, if they dont work move on and try something else.

I hate spammers and the amount of fraudsters on the internet. There has to be some way of beating them at their own game. Maybe one day we can get rid of the cheats.

My advice for people wanting to start their own website?

If you have a hobby or know some subject well, get out there and start a site. Especially if you have an opinion. Write about it. You never know, you could well make money out of it and start full time on the internet over time. Write a book, use your brain. But most of all you own your own site and its a piece of you and your ideas not some one elses. You never know until you give it a go...Good luck in life!
