In our Free Nutrition Class and Weight Loss Challenge Participates will receive:

• Your own personal coach
• Free body analysis
• Group support
• Weekly prizes for most weight lost
• Nutrition information
• New friendships and fun!

Starting June18 at The Anchorage Senior Center at 1300 E.19th Ave. Weigh in is at 6:45pm Class starts at 7pm

If participates want to join the challenge the registration fee is $39.00 with a $10.00 donation going to Gofitkids.org to fight childhood obesity. The other $29.00 goes into the pot. We have 3 places, 1st=50% 2nd=30% 3rd=20%

We have them read over the handouts and be prepared to share Exp. Week Assignments:

• Week 1: Protein
• Week 2: Water
• Week 3: Metabolism
• Week 4: Carbs, Shopping, Villi
• Week 5: Labels, Fat, and Portions
• Week 6: Cleanse
• Week 7: Dining Out
• Week 8: Fiber and Villi
• Week 9: Sugar
• Week 10: Exercise and Stress
• Week 11: Heart Health
• Week 12: Maintenance and Long term Health
• Week 13: Celebration Winner Announcement / Final Weigh and Measure
