I was a bit surprised to see health information Glutathione on Giant Eagle's website.

It seems like a pretty detailed aritcle and like many points out that "In preliminary research, higher glutathione levels have also been associated with good health in older adults."

Of course you can find it is a good variety of products that Giant Eagle sells: "Asparagus, avocado, and walnuts are particularly rich dietary sources of glutathione. Dietary glutathione is also found in fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, fish, and meat. "
