We all know we need to exercise at least 5 minutes everyday. This helps us maintain good blood circulation and promotes better fitness. I was reading this report from BBC that running also slows the process of aging. They have tracked about 500 people that is in their 50s for almost 20 years. The research indicated that 34% of of people who do not usually run as a form of exercise have already died as compared to the 19% of those who run regularly.
It also said that the health gap between the runners and non-runners continued to widen. It widened gravely even if the subjects turned to the 9th decade of their lives.
Both age group have already entered their period of disabilities. The symptoms of aging can now be clearly seen in both groups. But for the runners, the symptoms have just started appearing while the non-runners have already been dealing with it about 16 years earlier.
Indeed, the health benefits of doing exercises everyday is far greater one can expect. Some say exercise or not, it's just the same. They are perhaps saying that because they still do not feel the consequences of aging. Exercising is one of the best weapon for you to fight feeling and becoming old. Though aging is normal, none of needs to get old. We just add numbers to our age yearly, but our capacity to do work do not need to go with it.
Experts said that running can give a lot of benefits to a person. Mobile exercises, running is the prime example, can actually lower the risk of heart diseases, promotes healthy heart functions, promotes weight control, reduces the rate of stress and helps the person achieved a very good sleep.
