The Universal Health Care System is a typical thing for most European countries. Actually. 90% of countries in Europe already have a universal health care system. This is a common thing for developed and industrialized country. It's even implemented on the South American countries and many parts of Asia. However, the USA, one of the wealthiest and perhaps the most industrialized country in the world still do not have this system. I think Americans do not want to have their salaries be deducted with mandatory health insurance plans. The idea for this kind of system is to provide every citizen of the country an affordable health care plan.
One of the presidential candidate to the upcoming US Presidential Election that has expressed his goals about the health care issues is Sen. Barack Obama. He already laid his plans to execute if ever he won the position. Let's watch him convey his word to the people.
This plans are certainly aiming its best to serve the American people. Universal health care insurance, lower health care cost - isn't that great?
I think it's time for USA to put the system in.
[Ed note: isn't this MEDICAL care, not "health" care? ]
