When did you start your website and why?
March 2007 we started our web site to teach readers how they can eliminate their own back pain. Removing the technical jargon so that all back pain issues are clearly understood. We developed a free e-course so readers can utilise our skills and knowledge to help eliminate their back pain. Our web site is a continual state of development to become the ideal site for all lower back pain, sciatica and neck pain issues.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
The continual development time while running a busy practice.
What has been the easist part of operating your website?
The enjoyment of having readers send comments on our site, the e-course and our e-book. It inspires us to keep developing and improving the site.
What was your biggest mistake?
Not doing this sooner.

Dr Graeme Teague - a hands on approach from an expert in the field of back pain. Quality control is our key, information and knowledge passed to readers in an easy style to make life easier.

The way of the future adn it gives us the ability to educate, teach and help those remote from our locality.

Content is our goal, good quality for our readers rather than pleasing search engines first.

Self promotion.
